In-Person Care
Every family deserves a postpartum doula when bringing a new baby into the family, whether their first or their fifth! A postpartum doula provides the support and care you need to make your postpartum journey smoother and more enjoyable, allowing you to rest and recover fully during this important time.
Offering daytime, evening, or overnight shifts, I care for your baby while you sleep. I am there for the birthing person and the whole family in the immediate postpartum period. I am there to listen and answer your questions. I provide you with timely information and practical tips for caring for your newborn.
For new parents, I provide expert care for your baby, a calming presence in your home, and step-by-step guidance for you as you grow your parenting skills.
If you have other children, I will be there to hold space for you, so you can rest and care for your other children and provide the support that you need to fit in with your family’s needs.

On these visits, I care for your baby while you have time for yourself to rest, enjoy your dinner, spend time with your other children, and have a chance to take care of yourself. I can help with baby chores and help you feel prepared for the night. I can also answer your questions, offer newborn care information, and practical tips to help things go smoothly for you. I take time to listen to your concerns about all the changes going on in your life, and your growing family and offer support and resources.

🌙Overnight Shift
Postpartum Doula Services
On an overnight shift, I care for your baby while you sleep. I bring them to you for breastfeeding, or take care of the bottle-feeding, and help you with pumping and milk storage. I do all the diaper changing, soothing, and provide all of their care while you rest.
We can spend some of the time answering your questions & offering newborn care information & practical tips as needed. I follow your lead to allow you to get as much rest as possible.
