About Me

Hi, I’m Diana! I’m so glad you’re here. I specialize in supporting families as they adjust to life with a newborn, offering personalized care and guidance to make this exciting, yet challenging, time as smooth as possible. From providing overnight care to help parents get the rest they need, to offering in-home newborn care classes, problem-solving sessions, and sleep consultations, my goal is to help families feel supported every step of the way. I understand that every baby is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet the specific needs of your family.
In addition to hands-on care for your baby, I also provide guidance on breastfeeding, helping mothers navigate any challenges they may face, as well as recovery support for moms as they heal and adjust after childbirth. I am passionate about educating parents on newborn sleep patterns and developmental milestones, empowering them to understand their baby's evolving needs. Whether it’s helping you establish a sleep routine, answering your questions about feeding, or simply offering reassurance during those early days, my mission is to meet you where you are, provide compassionate and expert care, and ensure you feel confident, rested, and ready to embrace this new chapter with your baby.
As a proud native Texan, I spend my free time exploring the beauty of Texas trails and swimming in its scenic rivers. I’m also an herbal apothecarist, passionate about crafting herbal remedies and handmade soaps. My hobbies include beekeeping, caring for chickens, and spending time with my beloved border collies. I enjoy sharing live music with friends and am an avid reader, always eager to dive into a good book.

    My Reason Why

This is a photo of me meeting my baby for the first time over 30 years ago. Born at just 34 weeks, he had a splint for his IV, Velcro stickers on his head to hold his eyeshade under the UV lights for jaundice, and an oxygen hose tucked into his swaddle to deliver enriched air so I could hold him.
Having a baby early is a whirlwind of shock and confusion, and to say I was overwhelmed would be an understatement. Our time in the NICU was a long, challenging journey, but we made it through.
What stands out most to me from that experience is the incredible NICU nurses. Their care extended far beyond the babies—they cared for the parents too. Their guidance and compassion brought so much reassurance during such a difficult time. It’s their unwavering dedication that continues to inspire me to this day.
